Private facilities include a ground floor Studio with double bed, settee or chairs,  coffee table, dresser or chest of drawers: a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave) and wet room. There is access to the patio and large garden and off road parking. Wifi is available.

Well behaved pets are welcome.

SHORT/LONG TERM PAYING GUEST LETS  (Ideal for people working locally on short term contracts or property hunting)

£ 375 per month plus fuel* + £375 deposit. (NO council tax)
